I’m really let down by the customer service. The photo of the item online was wrong, so I thought I was getting something different that never showed up. I had it wrapped as a gift and gave it away before I realized the mix-up. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my only option was to return it, which wasn’t feasible since I had already given it. The customer service I encountered was quite rigid and unfriendly, with no offers of ‘let’s see what we can do’ or ‘let’s try to fix this’. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with the whole experience and wouldn’t suggest this place to others. I get that as a small business owner, it’s tough to manage costs if you’re always giving things away (but I didn’t ask for that), and you should be able to think creatively and treat customers with a bit more care. This was far from the 5-star service that was promised.

As a follow-up, yes, they did offer a full refund, but only if I sent the gift back, which I can’t do since it’s already been given (to a 4-year-old who lives far away). It might not seem rude to you, but being met with such coldness and a lack of flexibility or understanding feels pretty rude to me.

I still haven't received my package. This whole situation is really frustrating.

The product is great, but the customer service is lacking. My receipt said delivery would take 3-5 business days, but it ended up taking over two weeks because of the holiday break. When I called or sent an email, I didn’t get any updates about that.
